Gelmarc Towers is a great complex right in the heart of kalarama, near DuPont Circle and Adam’s Morgan. It’s affordable for the area and the amenities are good. I will always say a property manager makes or breaks a residence and Karen Morales goes above and beyond for the residents including myself. She is very communicative and her staff is very helpful. Any issues that may arise, are instantly fixed. I would recommend Gelmarc Towers to anyone. It’s unique in its own way and it’s a great place to live.

I’ve lived at Gelmarc Towers for almost 6 years and it’s been a great experience! For the neighborhood, convenience, and size of units, you can’t beat the price. All the staff are always helpful and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner. Never had a rodent or bug problem – which is a dealbreaker for me. Also a pretty quiet building.

Moving into the Glemarc Towers has been an experience in excellent customer service. Karen Molina is an exceptional manager. I’ve lived in many buildings, and she is hands down the most efficient and helpful I’ve ever encountered. I applied, signed the lease, and got the keys in one day. Every issue I’ve had was dealt with promptly. I couldn’t recommend her management highly enough.
